Randy Baker – I have always been active, loved the nature and outdoors, but everything changed when I sustained an injury in 2008. I have the first-hand experience of how the adverse effects of debilitating pain can impact the quality of one’s life.
I tried and did everything I knew but it was not working. My physical and mental pain and the resulting limitations were compounding daily. Traditional therapy and treatment provided brief relief for few hours at best, and sometimes not even beyond the walk from the treatment table to the car.
The only remaining option seemed to be surgery and permanent pain management drugs, but I refused to accept the bleak picture of a helpless life and/or give up freedom.
So my search for an alternative solution began and ultimately I found the miracle treatment, Myofascial Release Therapy (JFB-MFR) by John F. Barnes.
I have been a nuclear engineer for over 40 years, but after life-changing results with Myofascial Release (MFR) and training directly with John Barnes for the past 14 years, I have discovered my mission in life.
From the first moment the JFB-MFR therapist laid his hands on me, I knew this was not only what my body was so desperately in need of but also I wanted to professionally deliver such great personalized, authentic, effective and compassionate care to others.
I am now pain-free, have resumed life activities without any limitations.
I am simply loving life!
Professionally, I am a certified massage therapist and a member in good standing of Associated Body Massage Professionals. Besides being a certified Myofasical Release Therapist, I am also a certified Arvigo® Maya Practitioner. Maya Abdominal Therapy helps to restore the body to its natural balance by correcting the position of organs that have shifted and restrict the flow of blood, lymph, nerve and chi energy, to achieve natural healing. I’m ever grateful for the training I had with John F. Barnes and Dr. Rosita Arvigo. They inspire me to continue to master the healing skills on a higher level so that I can better help my clients to live pain-free and enjoy their life to the fullest.
On a personal level, I am happily married with three grow-up kids and five grandkids. My wife and I now live in Suwanee Georgia. In my spare time I like to go camping, kayaking and fishing.
